- Express Air shipping with tracking number and insurance(Please contact with us)
- Shipping method 1 or 2 is chosen depending on the country.
- For south America, additional shipping fee is charged depending on the item. Please contact with us.

- Depending on the situation of customs, weather, traffic and the post office in each countries, it will take longer than the lead time above. It tends to be late in busy season like Christmas, New year and etc.. Thank you for understanding.
- If you don’t receive the item after weeks above, please ask the post office in your country directly. We cannot control and manage customs and post office in other country. Thank you for understanding.
- Product will be packed carefully with hard envelope or corrugated-paper box with air packing.
- If you buy a number of products, they will be combined for one shipping. You might receive a shipping discount.

- If the item you received was a rejected item for manufacturer’s problem, you will be able to exchange it(Depending on the problem, it will be impossible. We will ask you the detail about what happens). You have to send back us the item to receive the new one. You have to bear the shipping fee to send back, but that is returned you after we receive the item. We will resend you the new one or refund after we receive the item( For the rare item, it might be impossible to send it due to the purchase difficulty). Thank you for understanding.
- If you don’t like the item you received, you can exchange to another item or refund. In the case of that, you have to send back us the item within 14 days after you receive the item.
